Why did I grow up? Chapter 1

*Authors Note: Ok, so it's midnight when I'm righting this, so don't judge. I need to get this idea down before I lose it though. It starts out as a young girl writing it, but she gets older later on. I hope you like it.

Hi! I'm 5 yers old. My naem is Sarah. My frends naem is Jakob. Hes not a good frend tho. We were playing in the back yard today and he said he was goin to hert me. Hes 7 yers old. I was skard. he didnt hert me tho. but he sed if I tuch his stuf agen then he wil. Ill haf to be carful.

Jakob serprisd me today. Its a difrent day now. this day he sed I was prity with my nu dres. he dusnt usully say nis stuf like that.

Guss what? todays my 6th birthday! All my freinds came to my Rise of the Guardians party (my mom helped me spel that). The peple that were there are Amy, Cindy, Kayla, Jacob, and Stephen. It was the most berry best party EVER! Everyone gave me presents evenly Jacob and Cindy! My momy made the bestest cake with sandy on it. Sandy is my most favrite gaurdian. We even played a game. the game was caled giv Jacks staf back. My mom but a cloth on my ieys. she caled the cloth a banana. I saed that was silly. then she gave me tape and a peise of paeper. the paeper was jacks staf. then we half to put the staf on a picture of Jack. It was hard.  

My mommy has eksiting news. She said I'm going to have a litl brother or sister. I'm not sure what to think. I like baebys. I like bing alone to tho. Will my litl brother or sister like me? I hope so.

I'm 7 years old now. Cindy yelled at me again. I don't like it when she yells at me. I ran away crying. Jacob saw me, and started coming twards me. I told him to go away. He was going to laugf at me. He always laugfs at me. He wouldn't go away thouh, no matter how many times I told him. He just stood there. And then do you know what he did? He huged me! I can't beleive he huged! I pushed him away and yelled this time to go away. I knew he was making fun of me.

Today my mom and dad took me to an amuesmant park. It was so much fun. It helped me forget about all the bad things at school. Things are getting better, but some pepole still call me names like silly stupid Sarah, and short scardy cat. At least I still have Kayla and Amy. Their still nice. I just hope things get better when I'm older.

The baby is here! It's a brother. Hes so cute. His name is Alecks. No nevermind. Mom said his name is Alex. It's fun having a little brother. Mom has to take care of both of us now though. That's why I help her.

Jacob's family came over for dinner today. We had hamburgers and hotdogs. The baby didn't though. Alex had baby food. I was playing with Jacob when my dad said the crazyest thing ever. He said wouldn't it be funy if Jacob and Sarah fell in love when they got older? Jacob's and my momies laughed. Me and Jacob lookd at each other and made yucky faces. I said I am never getting in love cause boys are yucky. Then Jacob stuck his tongue out at me.

I'm 8 years old as of today. My mom is letting me have my first sleep over ever!  I've gone to sleep overs before, but I've never had my own. I'm so excited. Amy and Kayla are coming along with Sandra, Lindsy, and Aleiha. Were going to paint nails and tell ghost stories, and watch movies. I bet I'm gonna stay up the latest. Can't wait!!! I need to go set up the decorations. I'll write about it later.

My party was great. We watched lots of Disney movies. There was parts that weren't so happy though, like when everyone faught over which movie. And when I got ice-cream all over my brand new pajamas. Most of it was good though. Next week is Jabob's 10th birthday though. He invited me to go. I'm a little worried, but I think it'll be fun. I hope. He isn't as mean to me anymore. He still teases me sometimes though.

Jacob's party was grate. It was a water gun party! First we got into our swim sutes and went to his backyard. Then his mom and dad gave us all water guns and we got to shoot everyone with them. I giggled when Jacob started shooting me and then I shot him back. It was so much fun. Then we went inside for ice-cream and cake. I found out his favorite cake is strawberry, and his favorite ice-cream is mint. I love it when days go all happy.

Me and Jacob are closer friends now. We spend lots of time together. We played tag and truth or dare. One time I chose dare and he dared me to hold his hand. I started getting nervous, but I don't know why. But then he tripple dog dared me to, so I had to do it. I slowly gave my hand to him and he took it. Then he turned so that he was facing me, and do you know what he did? Jacob tried to kiss me, that's what he did! I started to run giggling and he followed. We kept running around until we got tired. Then we layed down on the grass. It started getting dark and I looked up at the shining starts. He then said the most random and sweetest thing ever. He said that sometimes I shine like the stars. I giggled at that. I love stars. Their so pretty and twinkle. Maybe someday I can go up in space and look at the stars, or even hold one. Then I fell asleep.
